PSEC understands that teams and organizations have their own life and pulse. PSEC is brought in by client organizations when they want to understand the psychology of certain organization and team dynamics and address the issues connected to those dynamics. Common consulting situations include:

After meeting with primary point people to get an overview of the issues at hand, PSEC develops and implements an in depth assessment for each consulting engagement. Consultations typically involve an assortment of interviews and conversations with all relevant players. PSEC then brings together all of the data collected, makes sense of the organizational dynamics at play and provides guidance on how to address those dynamics. PSEC can then engage in executive coaching when appropriate.
