Ron Wasser is the founder and principal of Park Street Executive Consulting, which has been providing executive consulting services to business, professional and non-profit leaders since 2009.
Ron was an associate of the Boswell Group, a psychogically oriented management consulting practice, from 2007-2014. Before that he was an associate in the organizational psychology consulting practice of Cynthia Grace, PhD.
Ron has served as a coach for the MBA and Executive MBA programs at Columbia Business School. He has authored articles on the interaction of emotional intelligence and professional performance in various online publications.
Earlier in his career Ron led the sales and marketing departments for BackTrack Reports, a firm that conducted high-level background investigations into hedge fund managers and management teams for the institutional investment community. BackTrack was acquired by a public company, which itself was later acquired by CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX).
In addition to his consulting work, Ron maintains a psychotherapy private practice as a licensed psychologist in Montclair, NJ.
Ron received a PhD in Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York and a MA in Psychology from the City College of New York. He earned a BA with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
